Sweet Bonanza
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the publisher of Sweet Bonanza (the “app”, “we”, “us”) processes information when you use the app and its connected services. The publisher is responsible for the processing described here. For questions or privacy requests, contact info@b.sweetbonanzab.xyz.
1. Information we process
- Installation and device information: an installation token, AppsFlyer identifier, advertising identifier when available, IP address, and technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, language and network characteristics.
- Attribution and activity: installation and launch times, launch counts, advertising campaign or referral information, and app or notification interactions reported by the integrated services.
- Notification information: push tokens, OneSignal subscription identifiers, notification permission status and delivery or interaction information. An app identifier may be linked to a OneSignal profile to associate notifications with the installation.
- Local information: app settings, game progress where applicable, and an installation token may be stored on your device.
- Information you choose to provide: messages and information you send to support.
2. How information is used
Information is used to operate the app, remember settings and game progress, measure installations and advertising referrals, understand usage, deliver notifications, respond to requests, and detect technical problems or misuse.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide a service you request, support legitimate interests such as reliability and fraud prevention, meet legal obligations, or rely on your consent where required. Device permissions and consent requirements depend on the feature, platform and applicable law.
3. AppsFlyer and OneSignal
AppsFlyer — attribution and analytics
We integrate AppsFlyer to measure app installations and advertising attribution. Depending on platform availability and configuration, it may process installation events, campaign data, AppsFlyer and advertising identifiers, IP addresses and technical device information. Our server may receive attribution results and associate them with the installation.
Learn more in the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy.
OneSignal — notifications
We integrate OneSignal to manage notification subscriptions and deliver push notifications. It may process push tokens, subscription and external identifiers, device and app information, IP addresses, language, time zone and notification interactions. We may use the AppsFlyer identifier as an external identifier to link the app installation with its notification profile. Notification delivery depends on your device permissions.
Learn more in the OneSignal Privacy Policy. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.
4. Sharing and international processing
Information may be shared with AppsFlyer, OneSignal, hosting and other service providers as needed for the purposes above. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. The protections and transfer arrangements that apply depend on the provider and applicable law; the linked provider policies describe their international processing practices.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information, the service provided, support or security needs, and applicable legal obligations. Installation tokens are persistent. Server installation, attribution and launch records may remain after you uninstall the app; uninstalling does not itself request deletion of those records. Integrated providers may retain information under their own applicable terms and policies.
You can request access to or deletion of information associated with your installation by contacting us. Include the app name and enough information to locate the relevant records, but do not send passwords or sensitive documents unless specifically needed and requested. We may need to verify the request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
6. Your choices and rights
- Manage push notification permissions in Android or iOS settings.
- Use the advertising privacy controls available on Android. On iOS, manage tracking permissions in system settings; access to IDFA depends on the applicable tracking permission. Restricting advertising identifiers does not stop all processing of technical or installation information.
- Use available system controls to clear local app data or remove the app. This may remove progress and preferences; system backups may retain separate copies.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
7. Children and security
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so that we can investigate and address the request under applicable law.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Contact us if you believe information associated with the app has been exposed or misused.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its services or applicable requirements change. Where required, material changes will be accompanied by additional notice or a request for consent.
